Penthouse - huge rooftop terrace + skyline view

Situated in one of the most exclusive area of Bucharest near Herastrau park, this penthouse is truly one of a kind and one of the best property you can find on the market. The large terrace offers an amazing view over the city and you can even get some tanning laying on the beach chairs. The apartment is flooded with natural light due to its position and the high number of windows. The place is newly renovated and offers all the amenities you need for a truly memorable stay.

This is an oustanding penthouse situated on the last two floors of the building (3rd and 4th floor) that has a dining area, a sitting area and fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and is situated at the 4th floor and have its own bathroom, a very large one with a bathtube and a laundry area, an office with a fantastic view and access to our amazing huge terrace. It is equipped with blackout curtains for a good quality sleep.

The rooftop terrace streches on the entire length of the apartment and you can access it through the bedroom. It has two beach chairs, one big umbrella and also a large corner sofa and a table where you can enjoy your drink while you watch the sunset.

Kitchen is equipped with an oven, hot plate, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine and other small appliances: toaster, kettle and an espresso machine.

The elegant bathroom is about 6 square meters and has a very good quality shower. It's the second bathroom and it's attached to the living room.

The living room (3rd floor) features a huge extendable sofa (3 persons can sleep comfortably) and two extendable armchairs. It can convert into single beds or one double bed.

For our guests that plan on doing some office job in the apartment we have an internet subscription that provides speeds of up to 1000 Mbs.
